Ellen Watt Memorial Scholarship II

This application is for Fall 2025.

PURPOSE: To honor the memory of Robert Watt’s dear wife Ellen. Bob and Ellen were married for 35 years. When they met, Ellen was a single mother. This scholarship will assist students from a single parents household seeking educational success.

Applicants must have the following criteria:

• Must be currently enrolled at or admitted to attend the College of DuPage.
• Must come from a single-parent home.
• Must have and maintain, a minimum grade point average of 2.0.
• Must be enrolled part-time (minimum 6 credit hours).
• Must submit an essay describing their educational aspirations and how this scholarship will impact their ability to reach these goals
