Step 1 Scholarship Search

Step 1 was developed by ISL Education Lending and ICAN, two nonprofits with decades of experience helping families pay for college. The tool allows all high school students—not just seniors—and current college students find opportunities for college funding.

The database contains fully vetted scholarships for high school and college students. Students or their parents can make free accounts to find, save, share and apply for scholarships that meet their specific criteria. Reminders help busy students and families track and meet application deadlines.
