Health Initiative Scholarship

This application is for Fall 2026.

PURPOSE: The Health Initiative Scholarship support students in a health-related program.

Applicants must have the following criteria:

• Applicants must be accepted into a health career program and be pursuing a healthcare certificate or degree at College of DuPage
• Have completed 50% of chosen program coursework with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• Applicants must include a written statement of career goals and planned contribution to the program and profession they are pursuing (250-word maximum) and submit a statement of financial need.
