Susan and Dan Spooner Education Scholarship

This application is for Fall 2026.

PURPOSE: To support student success for students pursuing a degree in the Education Program

Applicants must have the following criteria:

• Applicant must be a resident of Community College District 502
• Be pursuing a degree and/or certificate within the COD’s education program
• Financial need will be considered. Students must file the FAFSA for academic year.
• The student must provide a 250-500 word essay on what they plan on doing with their education degree
