The Jerry Bradshaw Scholarship Fund of DuPage Foundation

This application is for Fall 2026.

PURPOSE: To provide financial assistance for a single parent seeking higher education who has the ability but not the financial resources to attend college.

Applicants must have the following criteria:

• Be presently enrolled in a Health Science program
• Be a single parent with a dependent child/children;
• File FAFSA for the applicable academic year.

The criteria for continued renewal of the award include:

• Maintain cumulative GPA of 2.0 or better;
• Continuous enrollment in a certificate, degree, or transfer program;
• The scholarship will be good for no more than two years.

Award: $1,500 award will be made for the fall semester with the opportunity to renew each semester for no more than two consecutive years. (i.e. $1,500 per semester for up to four semesters)
