Trade & Talents Scholarship

This scholarship supports graduating high school students and new adult learners entering workforce-aligned programs.

*Eligibility for High School Students: *

  • Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA
  • FAFSA or Alternative Application on file OR sign a waiver*
  • Essay on career goals

Eligibility for Adults:

  • FAFSA or Alternative Application on file OR sign a waiver*
  • Personal statement
  • Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA after first semester

Award: Last dollar funding for tuition and fees up to 4 semesters over 2 years in workforce program – if students receive financial aid in the form of federal, state, institutional, or external grants/scholarships; those funds will pay first and any tuition/fees not covered will be used by the Trade & Talent Scholarship

  1. Applicant must provide a one-page essay describing their career goals and how this scholarship will help in reaching their dreams.
  2. Please submit your unofficial transcript. If you are a high school student, submit your most recent copy of high school transcripts. If you are a Adult Learner, submit your most recent college transcript.

If selected to be a recipient, I understand that this scholarship is a last dollar funding scholarship that is able to cover up to 4 semesters of tuition and fees for a maximum of 2 years in the workforce program, meaning if I receive any federal, state, institutional, or external aid, those funds will pay first and any tuition not covered will be used by the Trade & Talents scholarship.
