The Watson Family Sueños Scholarship

This application is for Fall 2026.

PURPOSE: The purpose of this scholarship is to provide financial assistance to Hispanic/Latino students who demonstrate financial need and are pursuing higher education at the College of DuPage. The scholarship is intended to support students from all fields of study who have been inspired by a person or experience that influenced their decision to attend college.

Applicants must have the following criteria:

• Applicants must demonstrate financial need – FAFSA must be filed for the applicable year.
• Applicants must identify as a Hispanic/Latino student.
• Applicant may be enrolled in any program of study at College of DuPage.
• Applicants must submit a brief essay describing a person or event that inspired them to pursue their education and influenced their decision to attend college.
