The Robert Korando ESL Scholarship

This application is for Fall 2026/Spring 2027.

PURPOSE: The Robert Koranda ESL Scholarship is established to provide meaningful financial support to ESL students attending the college, helping them pursue and complete a certificate or two-year degree program with a lighter financial burden.

Applicants must have the following criteria:

• Applicants must demonstrate financial need.
• Applicants must be enrolled in or have completed an English as a Second Language Course.
• Scholarship may be renewed for a second semester if the student maintains a 2.5 cumulative GPA or higher in the fall semester and is registered for spring classes prior to the semester starting.
• Students must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours per semester (full-time status).
• Open to all areas of study.
